During the 1950s, André Charlin collaborated with some of the greatest classical and sacred music labels. His recordings led to the creation of the finest collections at EMI, Erato, Discophiles français, Ducretet Thomson, and many others worldwide. In the 1960s, the recordings in the "Editions André Charlin" collection enjoyed worldwide success. Since 1962, we have offered a selection of the recordings he himself selected and signed for his collection. In the 1980s, we pioneered the transposition of these recordings to CD format.

The future lies in recapturing the natural emotion experienced during these historic concerts. Since 2020, our ambition has been to bring the Charlin collection into this new digital era. We're working on our next "Renaissance" edition to bring you our best albums in high definition.

We will continue to restore these original recordings and offer our customers the acoustic authenticity that has made our reputation over the years. André Charlin, a bold visionary, developed a pioneering recording process. By creating a replica of a human head equipped with two microphones in place of ears— an artificial head —he gave birth to pure stereo, without mixing. To this day, his technique remains unrivaled, a testament to his timeless genius.
